1.1. We request only the data minimally necessary to correctly process and deliver your order: surname and first name, contact phone number, email address, and delivery details (city, carrier branch or parcel locker).

1.2. We do not collect or store full payment-card data — it is processed solely by the payment service (see “Payment security” above).

2.1. Your data is used solely for the store's internal operations: processing and confirming orders, arranging logistics via postal services, communicating about the equipment's condition and the warranty, and issuing accounting documents as required by the laws of Ukraine.

2.2. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.

3.1. We never sell your data and do not pass it to third-party commercial organisations for advertising purposes.

3.2. Data is shared only with logistics partners (in particular Nova Poshta, and other carriers by arrangement) for the physical delivery of your parcel — only to the extent required for that.

3.3. Data may be provided to state authorities only in the cases and manner expressly provided for by the applicable laws of Ukraine, upon official request.

4.1. Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to honour warranty obligations (under our studio's exchange and service rules) and to meet tax and accounting requirements. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

4.2. The Site uses modern data-encryption protocols (SSL) to protect against unauthorised access. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.

5.1. To improve the interface and gather general traffic statistics, we use standard cookie technologies and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). This data is anonymised and helps us understand user behaviour without linking it to a specific person.

5.2. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Without some cookies, certain features of the Site may not work correctly.
